1. Groin hernia (inguinal hernia) doesn't seem to be related to reconstruction procedure. However the intense pressure created during obstructive labor (delivery) may have led to hernia. This is again a theory which cannot be proved by tests/examination.
Fortunately, I don't see any symptoms that indicate this hernia is creating troubles. You can discuss with a surgeon and decide whether or not it needs treatment. Until then you should use abdominal supports especially during strenuous physical exercise, while passing stools and if you develop cough.

2. You did not mention when did you have that complicated delivery and reconstruction procedure. Depending on severity of tear / laceration one can have problems with stools and urine. Without physical examination I may unable to name those events as the cause of bowel issues / bowel sphincter or repeated urinary tract infections.

3. At this age, menopausal changes leads to vaginal dryness. And vaginal dryness can predispose to infections - which may be a cause of bad odor and repeated infection. Please discuss with your gynecologist. If they agree, estrogen containing creams can help you.

4. What every may be the cause good personal hygiene, plenty of fluids and diet rich in fibre are known to prevent bowel problems and genitourinary infection. I stress on those aspects and I do hope you are following them.

To summarize, the list of symptoms you posted may have some links to the previous delivery complications. However other possibilities cannot be ruled out. You will need to consult general surgeons and gynecologist who can evaluate those. Though they look complex, we can plan specific treatments to help you lead a better life.
