Brief Answer:
Can be subgingival gum Infection..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

As per your complain it looks like there is deep gum infection..
The deposits can be under the gums not visible to naked eye..
Wax like film can be due to a layer of plaque..
First of all get a Panoramic x ray done..
It will help in ruling out the depth of Infection..
Further treatment can be advised accordingly..
For now you can massage the gums with gum paint..
Do warm saline gargles..
Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily..

Please revert back for more queries..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
