Question: I fell in bathroom and landed on the side of my bottom 24 hours ago. There is a big lump about the size of a saucer. I have been using ice and arneca cream. It has stopped growing but there are no signs of bruising yet or discoloration. I can walk only I am restricted by the swelling which makes it painful to bend the leg too far. I don't have any pain only when I try to move too far. There was no heavy pain when it happened.

Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per your description, it looks like a haematoma, collection of blood.
You should get an X ray to exclude bony injury and an Ultrasound of the affected area for the nature of collection. If there is no bony injury and it's a just collection of blood/fluid, then it can be drained.
Please consult your doctor and get examined clinically followed by investigations.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Nothing to worry.
Wish you good health.
Regards
