4 History of weight loss, trauma, stress- stress yes, worked at night shift for one year, instant weight gain

Welcome with details.

I have analyzed your details and would recommend the following for anyone attending to me in person.

1 Frequent face washing with plain water

2 Clindamycin cream or gel twice a day. Benzoyl Peroxide may be deferred for now.

3 Minocycline 100 mg daily along with multivitamin preparation.

ZPTO with Ketoconazole shampoos are good for dandruff when used twice a week or so.

For hair loss, please consider following suggestions
1 Be gentle on hairs and avoid combing or brushing when wet

2 Tab Biotin 5 mg a day

3 Diet rich in proteins and green leafy vegetables

4 Minoxidil 2% solution for scalp twice a day, about 15 drops each time.

With these measures, improvement is expected in some weeks.

I have blemishes and pimple marks can you suggest some medicine for that as well.
I get pimple on my neck , shoulders, can I use same medicine?

You are absolutely right. The medicines to be used are for all affected areas.

Blemishes will gradually fade as the treatment progresses or these can be treated later when the new crops of pimples stop erupting.

For pimple marks of the nature of scars, certain procedures work best but unfortunately, one cannot do them at home and in person visits are required. If you will send me the pics, I will guide as to how these can be made better without resorting to procedures, if possible.
