You should apply a topical steroid lotion called zydip lotion at night over the scalp over the areas affected by dandruff. In addition, use an anti dandruff shampoo like scalpe shampoo twice a week. You should leave it over the scalp for atleast five minutes before rinsing it . In addition, take tablet fluconazole 150 mg once a week for four weeks . This will also help in decreasing the dandruff. Once the dandruff is gone, you need to just continue using the anti dandruff shampoo . You can stop all the other medicines. Avoid using hair oil as it tends to increase the dandruff. Now as far as the hair loss is concerned, I would like to tell you that we can only stop the further progression of this problem with treatment. It might not be possible to regain the lost hair. The main treatment options available for it are minoxidil and finasteride . You can continue using the same in case the results were satisfactory when you used them before.
