Brief Answer:
To rule our thyroid disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Your symptoms could collectively indicate a thyroid disorder or other hormonal abnormalities.

Would you please clarify a few things for me?
- what is your height and weight?
- do you have any history of heart disease, hypertension, Thyroid disease, diabetes, high cholesterol? Any family history of these?
- Have you had any surgeries in the past?
- the rash - how long has it been there? Is it increasing? Is it raw or oozing? Is the rash only on your chest?
- how much weight have you gained and over what time period?
- has anyone mentioned that you snore while asleep?
-any other symptoms like giddiness, headaches, breathing difficulty, water retention in your ankles, puffy eyelids?
- are you bowel movements and urination the same or have you noticed any changes?
-do you have any children? When did you attain menopause? Any unusual vaginal bleeding and discharge?
-do you have any allergies?

I recommend :
-a physician consult
- blood tests (complete blood count, Erythrocyte sedimentation rate, TSH, free t3, free T4, lipid profile, kidney and liver function tests, vitamin D levels)
-an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis
-urine analysis.

Based on the clinical findings, test results and above clarifications, I can guide you further.

Your symptoms are not specific but commonly indicate a thyroid disorder. Ovarian hormone disorder can also cause similar symptoms.

Please get back to me with the clarifications.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
