Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss Due To Hard Water

Question: Hi sir Hope You are doing Good....
Recently i have been shifted to new house and the water facility there is from bore water which is actually were hard water and i can see scales o salt forming around bucket every day....I am facing too much of Hairloss and My skin is also getting dark and scaly and dry...
Can you please help me and advice to get rid off this problem

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
Hard water is notorious for damaging skin and hair from its high mineral content.
I suggest you following tips and treatment:
1. install water softening machines/ filter which will redue the mineral content of water.
2. Mix little vinegar in lukewarm water before taking bath and hairwash.
3. Take biotin rich multivitamin tablets for three months minimum to improve hair quality and strength.
4. Apply hair peptide solution daily on scalp for healthy hair ( Q SERA)
5. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner for hairwash.
5. Keep your skin well hydrated by using food moisturiser like cetaphil and use gentle body wash for shower.
6. Use broad spectrum sunscreen everytime before stepping out in sun.
7. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
