Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
It would be difficult to make a diagnosis without seeing the lesions. However whether its a lice or mite, below mentioned treatment should help
1) Tablet Ivermectin 12 mg stat single dose
2) Tablet levocetrizine 10 mg once or twice in a day
3) Single overnight application of Permethrin 5 % cream over whole body and to take a bath next morning. Also use permethrin 1% shampoo over scalp. Apply it for 10 minutes to half an hour then wash off. From next day onwards, use a steroid lotion like beclomethasone or mometasone over itchy areas to alleviate the itch.
Hope this helped.
Take care
