Brief Answer:
PRP, Hair Transplantation

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for writing to us on HCM.
From your picture and history, its pretty obvious you are having androgenetic alopecia. Its a progressive pattern of hairfall due to action testosterone on hair roots and dictated by your genetic background.
Since its an ongoing process there is no permanent solution except hair transplantation.
Considering the other options of treatment, you will be able to get good results but the medications has to be continued for very long period of time.
I would recommend that you get 4-6 sessions of upcoming treatment called platelet rich plasma ( PRP) from a good dermatologist. PRP is a promising new therapy for androgenetic alopecia.
Apart from PRP, i would recommend that you keep continuing Minoxidil 10% and Oral finasteride.
Consider stopping finasteride after continous usage of 1 year.
Hope the information was useful.
Thank you

Sessions of PRP are repeated every 4-6 weeks.
The cost varies from clinic to clinic with each session costing around 2000 to 10,000.
