Brief Answer:
Open Surgical procedure is the best option.

Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
been diagnosed to have hard fibrous stricture of the Bulbar Urethra.

In given situation to undergo Open Surgical Procedure Urothroplasty either End to End anastomotic Urothroplasty or Buccal Mucosal Graft Urothroplasty is the best procedure which will give longer lasting results with permanent cure.

Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to write if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you .

Thank you very much sir for your response. I have few followup questions.
1- What is the success rate of open surgery?
2- What is the probability of recurrence with open surgery ?
3- What are possible complication with open surgery?
4- Will health become absolutely normal after open surgery or I there would some restrictions like can't run, play or trek etc ?
5- How long does it take to recover?
6- What is best place to get this surgery done ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
I would answer your queries point to point.
1) In a experienced hand success rates are almost 95%.
2) Recurrence rate depends upon the vascularity of the urethra and extent of stricture .However it does not exceed more than 5-7 %
3) There are no serious complications
4)Your health will become absolutely normal and you can carry out your routine activities like a normal individual.
5)It takes 4-6 weeks for complete recovery.
6)You can consult Urologist in your area .Now a days most of the qualified Urologist are well trained to do these surgeries

Thanks and Regards.
