Brief Answer:
Repeat wet comb technique

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcarMagic.

Treating a 17 month old baby with lice takes patience and time since over the counter lice treatment s are not advisable for children under 2 years of age.

Things You'll Need
Blanket
Fine-tooth comb
Conditioner
Two towels
Small bowl
Water

Wet your infant's hair with warm water which helps immobilize the lice and eases the combing process.

Apply a small amount of conditioner which helps glide the comb through hair during the process and stops movement of lice.

Dry your infant's hair with towel.
Repeat wet comb technique every 3-4 days until last live louse is seen .

Regarding dandruff, you may her hair frequently. If bad dandruff, you may apply Ketoconazole shampoo (available brands like Nizoral)for your baby's dandruff.
