In the absence of following, there is definitely no cause for concern
1.Abnormal movements of the body which could be convulsion
2. Persistent Vomiting: 1 or 2 episode of vomiting is quite common in Head injury and is not cause for concern.
3. Loss of consciousness
First 24-48 hours following are very crucial, any minor symptoms also occurring during this interval requires clinical assesment by experienced Surgeon. As its already been more than 4 days,there is no cause for concern. Tingling sensation is quite common and is likely to be due to post traumatic stress disorder.
Consuming plenty of oral fluids, good diet and sleep will definitely be helpful
