Brief Answer:
Call your Doctor

Detailed Answer:
I suggest you call your doctor immediately. A steroid injection into the neck, near the spinal cord with such symptoms is worrisome for potential meningitis. I would seek a consultation immediately to ensure your blood-work and or lumbar fluid return normal to rule out any potentially worrisome findings.
