I understand your concern and will try to come up with my opinion in your best interest.

According to your history there can be following possibilities:

Babesia :
You might have got mild Bebesia again. If you read about Babesia, you will come to know that Babesia starts with exactly the same symptoms as you have one or two, may or may not be present like you didn't have joint pains previously but now you have, it's only in severe later stages of the disease that blood counts go down and anaemia occurs.

When you got ill 18 months back, it was a severe infection which caused anaemia and severe head aches but this time it might be a mild infection which hasn't caused anaemia but is causing other symptoms.

Any viral illness:
In any underlying viral illness these can be the only symptoms we come across but luckily most viral illnesses are fought by our immune system and they subside in 7-10 days.

Lisinopril Toxicity:
If your read about side effects of lisinopril... Very commonly patients complain about light headedness, lack of concentration, head aches and joint pains..

SUGGESTIONS:

I will suggest you to continue Ceftin as per your prescription, things are expected to get better in next week or so. If it's viral body, it will recover itself in a week or so and if it's infection other than this then ceftin will show it's effect. Lisinopril toxicity is less likely but if things don't get better in next 7-10 days you can change your meds and see if it helps, and you can also talk to your doctor about possible re emergence of Babesia.
