Suggest Treatment For Running Nose, Blurred Vision, Chills And Headache

2 weeks I have had a runny nose a few sores in my mouth. .blurry vision. Hot flashs. .chills headaches. . But eating ok....stomach bowel problems...aways take laxaties. Dizzy lightheaded when turn to fast..all over legs and muscle hurt. . I thought it was maybe menopause I turn 50 this year. .. But too many other symptoms makes me think something else is going on. .infection ? Sandra

Hi thanks for contacting HCM ...

According to history you can have viral infection that can lead such syptoms. ..

Symptomatic management done...
Drink more water...
Fruit juice more ....
Excess fried food avoided.

Steam inhalation two to three times a day .
Benadryl like antihistaminic drug taken for congestion relief...

If congestion more short term steroid taken..
If cough and fever present chest x ray done ...
Exposure to dust and environmental pollutants keep less....
Investigate with CRP and CBC ....

Consult physician for examination including auscultation and subsequent investigation...
