You should check your blood pressure and sugar level, if that is normal it is most likely due to hormonal changes.
You should take healthy and nutritious diet, fresh fruits and vegetables, some yoga and meditation, some exercise, low fat and carbohydrate and high protein diet, drink a lot of water to maintain your weight.

Thanks Doctor for the answer. My blood pressure is usually between 90 and 105 (the top number).
Are there any vitamins which I can take to avoid premenstrual syndrome .. other than just maintaining the healthy diet.
Thanks

Hi,
You are most welcome and sorry for the delay in my response.
If your blood pressure is very low, you should drink a lot of water and lime drinks.
These symptoms are due to hormonal changes mainly progesterone.
So do not worry about it, diet changes are very helpful in your case.
