Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Blocked Nose

could be sinusitis or migraine
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for posting your question here.
First off, there are quite a lot of reasons for headache. Most common reasons includes
Problems with the eyes, such as
Refractive errors (far or near sightedness), Strain and eye fatigue, glaucoma
Sinusitis , Common cold, Ear infection Problems with the arteries or nerves like migraine.
Headache at this age is usually primary and commonly migraine or tension type headache .
Migraine headache is usually unilateral , throbbing nature. associated with nausea , vomiting, photophobia , photophobia.
My suggestion to you at this point is, consult a physician first (MD general medicine), and get yourself looked at to rule out the causes.
You will most likely be asked to get a few blood tests like CBC, Blood urea, serum creatinine, and serum electrolytes, urine routine exam and possibly an X-ray of the paranasal sinuses done to rule out the causes one by one.
For the time being however, you can take paracetamol 650 mg (Dolo 650), tablets thrice a day till you meet the doctor.
Be sure to explain the headache clearly and also explain all the other symptoms you may be suffering from to the doctor so that the examining doctor gets a clear picture of what is going on.
Bleeding from nose is atypical for primary headache and should be evaluated by ENT specialist regarding some local site abnormalities or raised blood pressure.
I suppose this is sufficient for you at this time, if you have any doubts and further questions, I would be glad to answer them.
Take care
Regards
Dr Priyanka.
