Question: I am a 33 year old female, 5'2" 196 lbs. I'm having a lot of unusual problems that no doctor can seem to ever figure out. I've been having a lot of strange feelings in my chest almost like a dropping feeling followed by feeling like I am going to pass out and then I get pale. Also I notice, especially when I'm driving I I have vision changes, hard time focusing and feel like I'm going to pass out again. It happens quite often, I've also noticed I have sunk in spots on my head, get kind of frequent headaches and extreme fatigue. This has been an ongoing problem and is affecting me working.

Brief Answer:
anxiety neurosis and general debility.

Detailed Answer:
You're having severe general debility. General examination including hemogram BP and ECG is to be taken.For frequent headache, ophthalmic migraine should be excluded. Refraction may be done.For migraine tablet migranil can be taken. One tablet to start with increase up to 6tablets till free from symptoms. You are having anxiety neurosis. definitely under stress. In my opinion you need to change your life style.Increase physical activity like morning walk for 45minutes.yoga and meditation may help you. In refraction if there is error detected ,should be corrected. Take high protein diet, it can be veg like soya bean, pulses and fresh fruits. Regaining strength will improve your accommodation power.
