Brief Answer:
Tylenol or Advil for aches, pains, fevers; antihistamines for runny nose

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I would recommend continuing to take Advil for fevers, pains, and aches.

You can also take Tylenol for aches, pains, and fevers - Tylenol does not have any cardiovascular effects like Advil. Therefore, if you have heart issues, I would recommend Tylenol over Advil.

Benadryl or any antihistamine (such as zyrtec, Allegra, or Claritin) will help with your sinuses and runny nose. I would recommend Zyrtec which has the best effects with minimal sedation compared to Benadryl.

I would recommend using a Neti Pot and nasal saline spray also to help with your runny nose. You should also increase your fluid intake. You can take cough drops if you develop a cough or sore throat.
