Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Your symptoms seems to be related to neck muscle stiffness and spasms. If you were my patient I would recommend to do:
- Use NSAID (advil)
- Use muscle relaxant drugs (muscoflex)
- Apply hot bags
This measures with help to relieve your symptoms within a couple of days.
If the symptoms persist contact a neurologist for further exams.
Wish you health!
