Brief Answer:
Mild trauma not anything to be concerned about

Detailed Answer:
Thanks fro contacting HCM with your health care concerns.

You hit your head on the granite counter top and since then you have been experiencing headaches. This headache is radiating into your neck which is more significant for a muscle type injury. You have also been trying to use ibuprofen and aleve for the pain. Instead of using ibuprofen I recommend switching to Tylenol and aleve. The use of ibuprofen and aleve together is not additive and is putting you at more risk from side effects of these medications.

In addition to medication I might recommend seeing a massage therapist to help reduce the muscle pain.

If you are not getting any relief then I recommend you seek an opinion from your doctor.

I hope this answers your question. Please contact HCM again with your health care concerns and questions. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me again.
