Suggest Treatment For Hear Loss Other Than Hearing Aids

Question: I have a problem with my left ear from around 2 year and using an in canal hearing aid from an year. My right ear also have some issue due to high usage after problem with left ear.The problem started when i had a speaker placed nearby in an event. I couldnt hear anything for a while after that, slowly i could hear but not completely. I have consulted a doctor after few months and found that i need to use hearing aid. My ears started deteriorating recently. Visited doctor few days ago and got the sound in hearing aid increased to maximum. Doctor suggested to change the hearing aid to behind the ear canal if it deteriorate more. Could you please answer the following questions:
1. Is there any permanent solution like surgery with which i can avoid aid
2. Precautions to be taken
3. How to control it not to get more worse

The hearing aid am currently using is widex dream 110 digital CIC hearing aid

The audiograms attached shows left ear mixed hearing loss and right ear high frequency hearing loss.
The loss is neural type which can be corrected only with hearing aids. The hearing aids used must be times properly by the audiologist to avoid sny disturbance. There is an option of bone anchored hearing aids too.
You should avoid any very loud noise exposure or trauma to the ear or excessive XXXXXXX use and ear phones usage.
Avoid any medicines that are ototoxic.
All these measures can help to avoid further progression of the loss.

Thanks for valuable information. I have another query,
In situations where there is unavoidable noise like on roads, is it preferable to remove the hearing aid or keep it? If i use hearing aid on roads, feels more uncomfortable due to unsync noise.

it is not advisable to drive without any Hearing Aid in case there is severe hearing loss but if there is enough hearing that one can easily recognise the horns then Hearing Aid can be removed while driving.

Driving, is just any example. my question is if there is any loud noise, is it preferable to remove the hearing aid or keep it?

Hearing aid can't dampen loud noises. So you need to remove the aid in case if very loud sounds around.
