Suggest Treatment For Hearing Issues After Using BiPAP Machine

Question: My wife started using a Bipap machine this summer. After a few weeks she had lost almost all of her hearing (we put tubes in her ears it didn't help). Due to certain medical conditions she has been off the machine for about a week and a half and most of her hearing has returned. The doctors will want her back on that thing very soon. What can be done to not permanently destroy her hearing ? Thanks

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern. Honestly speaking, this is very strange symptom.
Eustatian tube related problems can be the cause for your symptoms.
So while on BiPAP machine, tell her to take antihistamine drug like levocetrizine or fexofenadine.
Continue this drug if she is not having hearing complaint.
