Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations
Following advice.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
After reviewing your medical history I would like to say that your heart was normal functioning and you don't need to repeat again cardiac tests.
As long as the tests were normal you can safely increase your physical activities, this will be of help in stabilising your palpitations to.
Please keep in mind that PVCs are a benign arrhythmia that unfortunately doesn't completely go away and you will experience from time to time palpitations. Apart from discomfort they never are harmful.
My suggestions are:
- eat often and small portions
- avoid alcohol, caffeine and energy drink
- increase physical activity very gradually
- add magnessium supplement
- use fresh fruits juice reach in vitamins and minerals.
A good start to increase activity is to start with fast walk for 1-2 weeks, then run for 2-3 months and than you may start jogging.
Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
