Suggest Treatment For Heartburn, Tingling In Hands And Chest Pains

Symptomwise Approach
Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and whenever a patient complains of chest pain, the usual protocol which I follow is:
1. Is it related to heart, so one must check with Cardiologist to get an EKG [electrokardiogram] done to rule out any cardiac issue and also to exclude risk factors, such as:
. check blood pressure
. check lipid profile
. check blood sugar
2. If chest pain is related with food [heart burn, belching] it might be pain of acid reflux [GERD] or due to indigestion/gas thus general physician examination and/or Gastroenterologist opinion [endoscopy for esophagitis/ultrasound for gall bladder stones] becomes necessary.
PS. Tingling in hands could be due to cause and effect of gastric problem but one may check with a Rheumatologist for any hidden reason.
3. Since mangoes are rich in dietary fiber, which reduces water retention and decreases inflammation thus can be one theory behind ease in digestion issues.
4. Do let me know about the exact pathology behind his complaints so that treatment and management can be directed to the known cause.
