Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully your concerns and I can say that your symptoms are suggestive for Gerd ( acid reflux ).
If you were my patient I would recommend to do :
-upper endoscopy
-abdominal ultrasound.
Meantime I would recommend to change your lifestyle as follows :
- eat often and small amount of meals
- avoid spicy, chilly and fatty foods
-avoid coffee, chocolate and carbonated drinks
-eat 3-4 hours before go to bed
- increase physical activity
-avoid unnecessary stress
- try to loose weight
With regards to medical treatment I would suggest to increase nexium dosage up to 80 mg per day in two divided doses and to use antacids like Gavicson.
Hope it was helpfull to you!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
In few cases in patients with dyspeptic syndrome there's no abnormal findings in endoscopy or abdominal ultrasound.
However, before confirming dyspeptic syndrome cardiac problems should be excluded. If you were my patient I would suggest to do the following examinations:
- ECG
- Cardiac echo
- Stress test
Meanwhile, I would suggest the above mentioned life style and dietary changes. This together with adding antacids and double your nexium dose with help to relieve your symptoms.
Wish you health!
