Right now I'm having a kind of heavy bleeding from the anal part. Even though I went to the bathroom and did number 2 I noticed a lot of blood in the bowl. 3 weeks ago o went to the eR for the same reason but it was a lot of blood more than today and the dr cheacked my anal part and he told it's visures and I don't have hemorrhoid. But today I was kind of naitious and feeling like I was going to vomit plus gasy plus there is pain in my lower abdominal side and close to my lift arm pit and back pain in the uper and lower side. But no fever what's so ever and my energy is great I don't feel like in tiered at all but I fear of cancer. For your information 11 days ago I came from USA to my country and I lift a very heavy bags and pushed some

possibilities explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I understand your concern. There are three possibilities which need to be ruled out

1. Internal hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids which are not readily seen in the anal region but they will be inside causing profuse bright red bleeding

2. colitis
Colitis is infection of the large intestine. It is a possibility as you have abdomen pain as well

3. inflammatory bowel disease / carcinoma colon

These two are also possibilities and they are often associated with bright red stool

I recommend that you meet a gastroenterologist and get a colonoscopy as soon as possible. I also recommend biopsy of the colon while doing the scopy.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

I'm really scared now is it life threatning, can it be cancer

can the pain be from me pushing the stool to hard and beside that i just finished my period 5 days ago

could it be only fissures, because right now I'm constobated, when i try to poop blood only comes out

the abdominal pain its not that painfull its just bother

the blood comes out sepretally from my stool and beside that i did a cat or st scan 3 month ago on my colon and ovaries and my colon is fine. they made me drink some kind of juice that would color my organs and beside that the abdominal pain that I'm feeling its close to my anal part and in my uterus area please replay quickly

Brief Answer:
CT is of limited use

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

It looks like you got contrast enhanced CT of abdomen done which can only tell solid organ tumors but it can miss intraluminal lesions. You must undergo a colonoscopy.

Fistula usually causes severe pain at the anal region while passing stools and not lower abdominal pain.

The best person to meet would be a gastroenterologist. I recommend syrup lactulose for the constipation.

Brief Answer:
Do not insert finger

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back, I am sorry for the short delay in my reply. It was a very busy day at the hospital.

Please do not insert finger to evacuate, it might lead to fistula or tear in the anus. I recommend you to get an enema to relieve you of symptoms for the impacted stools

I hope I was of help

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back, you have received the right medications. However I must add here that tab daflon is usually given for hemorrhoidal bleed. If you are concerned whether your stool has blood or not I suggest you to give your stool for routine examination. It's the most definitive way to detect blood
