Do you have any shooting pain from the lower back to the back of the thighs and legs ?
Any tingling or numbness ?
It is possible that the pain in the feet is die to Plantar fascitis. Important thing is to stretch your calf muscles with a simple exercise. Place the palms of your outstretched hands on the wall, bend the knee of the nearby knee and straighten the knee of the leg behind. Keep this position for 2 minutes and repeat it for the other side.
Take pain killer and muscle relaxant combination like Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals. Avoid bending forward or lifting weights. The muscle spasms could be due to a disc prolapse in the lower spine, which requires an Xray and MRI.
