Suggest Treatment For Heel Pain

Question: I have pain in my left heel, it feels like I am walking on a rock. My lower back is stiff and in moderate pain but not as severe as the heel. It also feels like a strong pulse in the bottom of my left foot but the pulsating is not painful. These pains started in the last 2 days. I have been getting muscle spasms for 2 weeks now mainly in the legs but occasionally(a couple times a day) my left eye will twitch. What could it be?

rule out arthritis

Hi
In your age group, all these problems may indicate spondyloarthritis. I advice you to see a rheumatologist and undergo simple blood tests like ESR and CRP which will confirm the diagnois. Also, you may take etoricoxib till you see your doctor for ease of pain and stiffness
hope this helps

I had blood test performed last week when i went to the doctor. I do not know what tests they did but they said it looked normal and referred me to a neurologist. Is there anything I can take to alleviate the twitching? Thanks

The pain in my heel is not noticable but i still have the twitching some back stiffness and my left jaw opens too wide. It is like it does not stop when i open it and while eating it sounds like crackling. I also have a small lump on the back left if my head. It is somewhat sensitve to touch and I belive it moves around under the skin. It is about 1 inch up and 1 inch back from my left ear. So up 1 inch then back 1 inch.
Brief Answer:
not related
Detailed Answer:
Hi

same left jaw- wide opening is also not related...
