Suggest Treatment For Hematoma Along With Varicocele

Question: Hi Doctor,

Thanks for your last answer, this makes me calm down.
I need to know two thing, did this hematoma come with the surgery becuase i think it was there before surgery
and second if it does not go naturally, is there any solution

I also have another question for my other testis, i mean the right one
It also suffer some pain mainly when i wear jeans
Pain is like a pressure on top of my right testis
I uploaded a picture of the cord feeding this right testis. you can see it becomes large and makes this pain
You remember last time i did ultrasound, right testis was ok without any inflamation or varicocele
so what could be this pressure i feel and see on top of my right testis
By the way i also did varicocele surgery on my right testis 6 years ago becuase of the same reason while varicose vein was only 2mm

Thanks fo writing again .
The photograph that you have uploaded reveals recurrence of Varicocele on rt side
and needs to be confirmed by fresh Ultrasound scanning.

The haematoma seen on Left side will get resolved (absorbed) spontaneously within a month .else you can use topical anti thrombolytic ointment Thrombophob for local application along with anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac twice daily.

is there any other 0robability than varicocele
because last time i did ultrasound was very near an there was no varicocelle while i was seeing same symptoms

The appearance on the photograph resembles like to be Varicocele .It could be inflamed spermatic cord or Pampiniform plexus of veins of the spermatic cord.

can you please help me. i am feeling bad on my testis since some tears now. doctor here dont usually help much

i need to know if any self test can help me to find out which one causing this or any different symptoms beteen the 3 probable causes

hi doctor
thanks for your usual support
i went today to hospital and did ultrasound
the doctor told me that i have varicocelle 1st degree on both sides left and right

i need to know whether the varicocelle revea
led today in ultrasound on left side after 2 month from surgery is new varicocelle or the operated bad veins are still recovering and it might go with

if i have varicocelle reoccurnce. is it possible to do surgery for 3rd time or 2 is the maximum

also doctor wrote to me daflon. if it will not permenantely fix varicoelle i do not want to take more medicine

There is no medicine that can cure Varicocele .

Varicocele is due to anatomical defect hence can not be cured with any medicine .

You do not require any surgery for grade one Varicocele .The symptoms can be managed by inverting the scrotum and putting soft cloth beneath it and then wear your inner ware so that testicle will not hang down.his will help to get relief from pain.

The recurrence of Varicocele is very common and it is the new veins that become varicose over a period of time .

Personally I do not operate Varicocele unless for infertility or patient has severe pain as the results of surgery are not satisfactory.
