Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids, Nausea And Tiredness

Question: Hi I am 35 yr old female, two months ago I woke up with a hemmoroid, nausea, tiredness and a 3 kilo weight gain in 3 days this became 6 kilos and has stayed steady, I had skinny poo's and now am just constipated. I have been to the ER a few times and sent home but have only found out I have had ruptured ovarian cyst still have the cyst but they put 4 days of intense pain down to this. The pain started top left back area and ended up in my pelvis low back and was worth than giving birth. I agree this was probably that. Since then I have kept the weight gain, still get nausea abdominal distension. I have had ongoing constipation and water retention. I am incredibly tired and recently had 1 day of intense right rib pain well under rib. I do have gallstones, similar pain I have had before. I never feel the need to go to the toilet anymore to poo. I just don't go if I take something it kills!! But it's soft when it comes out, I usually wait over a week to do this. I still have all the symptoms even when I go to the toilet. One of the most annoying is bladder pressure it's constant at night time.
I had an MRI and they were solely looking at reasons for the first back pain ( which I think was the hemmoraging cyst) they didn't see that the only thing they commented on was an abnormally distended stomach and suggested I had just eaten a very big meal. I had not eaten a thing all day. What would make my stomach look like this - and look like there was food in there if I hadn't eaten. I am booked in for an endoscopy and colonoscopy on Wednesday but I am worried they won't find anything. I am a small girl with a flat stomach that looks 6 months pregnant now. I would like to be armed with some ideas and questions. Appreciate your help.

Brief Answer:
Dilated stomach may be due to retained previous food.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

MRI findings suggests only dilated stomach. Generally it is a benign condition and it may be due to retained food that was previously taken (it happens in delayed emptying and not necessarily from the days meal), much air in stomach etc.
Present study doesn't show any cyst in abdomen. Endoscopy and colonoscopy will make the investigations complete. I will suggest you discuss about these options.

If all investigations doesn't show any result then it may be functional.
I presume all routine blood investigations has been done already like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test, liver function test, lipid profile, urine RE/ME,stool (routine and microscopic)examination.

Earlier, you had pain due to hemorrhagic cyst.Generally it only require symptomatic treatment and it resolves with time.

You should take diet rich in fiber and go for brisk walk.It will relieve constipation.
I also suggest thyroid profile estimation.

You also need operation for gall stones. It is not good to retain it for long time.

You should go for endoscopy and colonoscopy. Most likely you have simple reasons for your illness.

Get well soon.

It may be due to many causes.
Thyroid profile should be estimated.Since you have water retention, other factors should also be searched. It is important to know urine out put and other signs of congestion like edema, breathing difficulty etc. These factors need evaluation.
