Suggest Treatment For Hepatic Hemangioma
Monitoring every year once.
Detailed Answer:
Hello My dear Patient,
Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.
A hepatic hemangioma is a noncancerous tumor in the liver that's made up of a tangle of blood vessels. Liver hemangiomas typically don't cause symptoms or require any treatment. Pain in right side of abdomen can be there in some cases.
Disurbing a liver hemingioma or surgically removing it has no advantage rather it puts patients on many risks and can even be mortal.
Standard protocol says that we should monitor rhe growh by either a CT scan (better view) or an Ultrasound every 1 year.
Only if there is massive growth seen(very rare) then only should an agrresive management should be done.
So i would suggest you not to worry at all.
Just keep monitoring it every year once.
Its just a benign growth and will not effect you.
Hope i was helpful dear.
Wish you a happy life ahead!
