Hello XXXXXXX
I can understand your concern.
Have you been tested for Hepatitis C? This is a blood test, and you should be tested for this.
Did the urgent care test for any other diseases?
Also, do you have any abnormal discharge or unusual symptoms?
I am wondering, as the number of men, and the unprotected sex, is atypical for you, if you have been feeling depressed or feeling extremely energetic and not sleeping much or spending money excessively?

Thank you. No she did not do any test today. And I have not been spending money recklessly. I have struggled with anxiety and depression my whole life. But never to a bipolar degree. My mom has cancer and I think I have just gone off the rails a little bit. But how do I know if I have bipolar

I recommend getting tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphillis and a Hepatitis B and C blood test. You can make an appointment with your regular doctor for these.
I am really sorry about your mom. From personal experience, I know how hard this can be. Seeing a trained counselor (I recommend a psychologist rather than less trained practitioners) may help you with coping skills.
Bipolar disorder has many different symptoms in different people, but typically, during the manic end of it, people find that they have a lot of energy, don't need much sleep, talk more, or more rapidly, and make more impulsive decisions than they normally would. This includes having a lot of sex, and having unprotected sex. The manic phase can last for hours to years. Often people cycle through manic periods and then depressed periods (which is why it is called bipolar) but some people stay in just the manic state. There is also something called hypomanic, which isn't as extreme, like a toned down version of the mania symptoms.
If you have been struggling with anxiety and depression for years, in addition to talking with a psychologist, it might be very helpful, if you have not already done so, to see a psychiatrist. They would be the most expert at diagnosing and treating anxiety, depression, as well as bipolar disorder and it's variants. You might feel a lot better overall if you get the right help.
