Suggest Treatment For Herpes On The Left Gluteus

Question: Hi! As you can see in the picture I got a sort of herpes on my left gluteus. Its not bleeding, it doesn't hurt but at some points of the day, specially at night, get some itching. The right gluteus is quite normal. It started 3 months ago and besides the itching I got no other symptoms.
