Suggest Treatment For Herpes

Question: Have what I thought was an ingrown hair.. feels like a lump under the skin, originally had white puss when first noticed it and popped it, saw dermatologist and got doxycycline and mupirocin and almost no change after a week.. doctor said it could have been herpes but after hearing White puss and realizing she was examining 3 hours after I had taken tweezers and a needle to it .. thought the worst maybe a wart, but no change at all in color with ACV.. could anningrown hair still be the culprit?

Thanks for the photographs , I have studied it thoroughly .

* This seems almost likely to be folliculitis ( following infection of hair follicle ) .

* Suggestions at present for better recovery

- Keep the genitals clean with antiseptic liquid .
- Continue ointment mupurocin .
- If doxycycline is not effective , discuss with your doctor about another antibiotic
with better coverage as azithromycin or else .

- Wear loose , clean , cotton inner wears .
- Avoid sexual intercourse at present .
- Get once diabetes evaluation if not done .

Diabetes? Why would you think that? I just this was because I shave that area
