Yes infection can cause raised BP
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
Yes fever due to infection can definitely cause raised BP. Mostly such raised BP is transient for sometime only. Sometimes it may result in persistent raised BP. Please tell me what was the diagnosis at that time and what treatment did you take.
Stress rather than depression is known to cause high BP. For depression psychiatrist will prescribe antidepressants. Yes you can consult a psychiatrist. Even psychiatrists suggest to try yoga and meditation and I will also recommend the same to you. In my opinion depression usually happens after some intense activity is over and is usually transient as well. If stressors are present in your life then better is to stay away from them.
Maybe you can start on BP medicine. Amlodipine or lisinopril may be taken once daily.
Healthy lifestyle is most needed to control BP. Low salt, sugar, oil and fat in diet are a must. Cleaner drinking water is also needed. Exercise daily. Do some yoga courses. These courses feel like a small vacation and are very relaxing. Once you start relaxing people around you will also relax. Driving behind bicycle is one way. Take the tasks that are easier for you.

2.one important thing i want to tell you is all these bp reading i took when i had tension(that was time i went to doctor)
3.last query if i star bp medicine i have to use life long right
BP medicine needed as long as BP raised
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Though I am not an ayurvedic specialist but I think septilin is for viral infections.
Yes tension may have caused high BP readings. That is why different occasion readings are checked.
As per international recommendations BP should be controlled as it may cause some damage to organs like kidneys, brain, heart etc. Your is on border, so lifestyle can always be tried first.
BP medicines needed as long as BP is raised. Sometimes its lifelong as BP does not come down without medicine. Sometimes if a cause is found and taken care of then BP medicines are not needed lifetime. In such cases BP medicines are discontinued. For example if its rising due to some infection, then whenever the infection is controlled, BP medicines are not needed.
