Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about what you have reported. I understand you must be very concerned seen the different persons who have gone down with heart related diseases in your family. I am happy that you have paid great attention to this and for sure you would be taking proactive measures to prevent any further disease condition.

I will recommend two principal approaches to you: Health promotion and disease prevention
For promotional activities, I will recommend that you eat healthy, minimal salt and fats, no junk food, much vegetables and fruits daily. Regular exercise would be of great value as well. NO tobacco, small volumes of alcohol and much water. Soda is of no help. If your weight is not under control, work on dropping the excess kilograms.

For preventive activities, I will encourage you to always follow up and get you regular physicals done. Get you cholesterol levels checked and manage adequately. Also, any other identified disease such as diabetes or hypertension such be manage adequately.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
Please, visit the ER at this time!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

With a pain of 9/10, I will not want you to stay at home because there are no over the counter pain medications to address this satisfactorily. Also, it would be great to examine you and understand what this tingling and numbs sensation is all about.

Let me know if this is possible. If not, I will recommend a few pain medications.

I wish you well.
