Brief Answer:
BPPV-needs vestibular exercises.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having episodic dizziness.

Based on your clinical details, it occurs to be BPPV (Benign positional proximal vertigo) or cupololithiasis.

Vertigo during postural changes is a charecterstic sign of BPP.

I suggest the following measures, to overcome your post viral status.

1. Revisit, your ent surgeon, discuss about epelys moreover and vestibular exercises (treatment of choice in bppv).

2. Change of life style (exercise, stop smoking or exercises).

3. Regular exercises, fatty diet in view of hypertension.

4. Do x-ray cervical spine, to rule out cervical sponsylitis.
