Suggest Treatment For High BP
Brief Answer:
Depends on how high is BP and what caused it
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Please let me the know the BP readings so that I am better able to help.
It is normal to have BP variation in a given day. If the variations are in the range of 10-20 mm Hg and not causing symptoms you can just ignore and have medicines modified in your next visit to doctor. if the variations are more than 20 mm Hg or symptomatic you need to see the doctor immediately and have medicines modified. When you get sudden variations you need to avoid any cause or stress that causes it.
Take rest and relax it should help. If it happens without reason only way to go about is to change medicines
