Thanks for posting your query on HCM. I would like to know if you also have symptoms like weight loss, breathlessness or any joint pain. Is it low grade fever?
Raised ESR and lymphocyte count are nonspecific investigations and indicate that there is some chronic infection/inflammation in the body.
Since all the tests done so far are normal(except LFT which is mildly deranged and could be due to same), you have to now undergo higher tests. Before that get a USG abdomen done, a widal test for typhoid, a urine RE/ME and urine c/s. Subsequently you may have to undergo blood culture, a bone marrow aspiration/biopsy and a bronchoscopy to get bronchial lavage and or biopsy.
TB is a very common disease in our country which can cause symptoms like yours. If all these come normal, you may have to undergo a trial of ATT where in TB treatment is given for a month and if patient responds favourably, it is continued and if not it is stopped.
I suggest you consult your local pulmonologist for all these.

i do not feel breathless,weightless and joint pain.i have done all the tests which is suggested by physician and pulomonologist including xray and scan of the chest which is normal.i would like know why i am getting contonuos fever evn after all the reports are normal. as suggested by ndoctor, o donot have tb also
