Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Tightness In Chest
Question: I just returned from my bachelor party in Las Vegas. We drank, smoked marijuana, and partied hard for 3 days. The last day I had tightness in my chest and felt like I had a knot there.
I went to a hospital and they performed an EKG and blood test, which both ruled out a heart attack. I have high blood pressure and take medicine for it.
I flew home today and my symptoms are the same. Knot in chest, tightness and shortness of breath. I talked to my primary and he said he does not believe I am at risk for cardiac disease because I am only 44 and in ok shape.
I also have a very dry bloody nasal passage for 3 days. Please help! I have been under a lot of stress too. Could it be anxiety?
