Brief Answer:
Overall fine,please follow advice
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear XXXXXXX
Thank you for providing the lab reports of your husband.
From what I have noted, I can say as following:
- bilirubin is slightly elevated, which makes thinking of possible gallbladder issue ( sludge, slightly inflamed or stones). Abdominal ultrasound is needed as further diagnostic step.
- VLDL is a type of bad fat responsible to transport triglycerides. It is also slightly elevated meaning he might have consumed high calorie foods.
Overall, his general check up is fine . Just need to check his liver and gallbladder through ultrasound. Advise him to eat healthy.
All the best.
