Brief Answer:
I have some suggestions for you.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern I would explain that your cholesterol profile appears abnormally high.

First, you need to modify your diet profile to a more healthy one.

Fatty and spicy foods should be avoided, take more high-fiber food like oatmeal, oat XXXXXXX fruits and vegetables, olive oil, omega-3 fatty acids, etc.

I highly recommend you to follow Mediterranean diet (as it incorporates all of the above).

Besides a modulation of your diet profile, especially after 3 months of non resultative food trial, I would recommend you to start an antilipemiant therapy.
A statin like Atorvastatin, Rosuvastatin, Simvastatin, etc may be tried first. Generally, it is a well tolerated and safe treatment. Nevertheless, you need to be aware of any possible rare side effects, like rabdomyolisis, liver toxicity, etc.

If you experience muscle pain and excessive fatigue when on treatment you should consult your doctor and perform lab tests like AST, ALT, CPK, etc.

You have to discuss your doctor about all the above mentioned suggestions.

Hope to have been helpful to you! Greetings! Dr. Iliri
