Brief Answer:
Your brother need to control his cholesterol levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
I will explain in details about all reports and actions needed.

His hemoglobin level and complete blood count report is normal except eosinophil count. He has slight high eosinophil count suggesting some allergy. Antihistaminics drugs or DEC like drug is useful.

His Esr, urine analysis, calcium, sugar, thyroid function test, kidney function test and Hba1c all are normal. No need to worry about that.

His total cholesterol is high, triglycerides and LDL cholesterol is also high with low HDL cholesterol.

His cholesterol/HDL ratio and LDL/ HDL ratio is also high.

Overall this results indicate risk factors for coronary heart disease.

So first of diet control is needed.
He should take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Avoud sweets, soft drinks, cheese and butter and other high calorie diet.

Take high fiber diet with plenty of water.

Go for regular exercise like running, cycling swimming etc.

Repeat his lipid profile test after 2 months. If it remains persistently high then drug treatment is needed.

Drugs like atorvastatin or pravastatin are useful to control cholesterol levels.

His liver enzymes are slightly high but its due to some viral infection so don't worry about that. It will come back to normal within 2 to 3 weeks.

His vitamin B12 and vitamin D are low. So supplements of this vitamins are needed. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
