Brief Answer:
Cortisol excess needs to be evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your query and concern.

Sleep fluctuations in your case could be related to abnormal cortisol levels.

The need to rule out adrenal cause or subclinical hyper/hypothyroidism is important.

So I advise you to get Serum testosterone, serum prolactin and thyroid profile and ultrasound abdomen.

Once the reports are normal, you can use Melatonin capsules and Tab.clonazepam to improve your sleep.

You can take those supplements but will have little effects.

Post your further queries if any,

Thank you.
