Suggest Treatment For High Fever While On Quadrovax
Question: Baby is having 100 degree fever - measurement taken under arm after Quadrovax and Polprotec 0.5 ml vaccines. we are giving him paracetamol 0.8ml every 5 hours. Fever is there after 24 hours. is it normal???

It is normal to get fever after vaccination as in this case. Paracetamol needs to be given as and when required but an a minimum interval of 4 hours. Fever should be gone in a couple of days.
