Brief Answer:
It's because of the caffeine in coffee you took .

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern .
The Ecg strip is suggestive of sinus tachycardia, which is quite normal to expect particularly with the history of a strong coffee . The caffeine in the coffee is a stimulant for the heart and will push the blood pressure and the pulse slightly on the high normal range .
The vitals you have mentioned is perfectly withen normal limits and at the age of 27 years the heart is well capable of handling such stimulants.
Everything will come back to normal withen minutes as soon as the caffeine will get metobolised . No treatment needed for the same .

Hoping I could help .
Do let me know if any doubts and I would be happy to help .
Regards Dr. Priyank Mody
