Brief Answer:
Lichen urticatus most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM..

After reading history and seeing the photo you posted, I could conclude that most probably you may be having a skin disease called lichen urticatus. There may be erythematous papular and wheal like lesions on certain parts of body. The lesion may be itchy. The disease may be due to hypersensitivity to insect bite. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

Still I would recommend as follow...

- antihistaminics like desloratidine once a day
- oral steroid like deflacort in tappering dose
- application of mild steroid cream
- avoid soap bath

I hope this would help you. Still, any more query, feel free to ask.

Wishing you early recovery.

Thanks.
