Brief Answer:
It could be cholinergic urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
From your description I can think of a possibility , a condition called cholinergic urticaria. The trigger for cholinergic urticaria is increase in body temperature due to exercise. Certain antigens are released from skin during exercise, they sit on allergy cells called mast cells thereby releasing histaminr which causes hives.
Mainstay treatment is remaining cool as much as possible. A long acting antihistamine like cetrizine 10 mg daily at night will also help in cholinergic urticaria.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
