Hi...
You could be having allergic reactions. Kindly note down the content of this sugar pack/ any other food you had recently.
If it is severe you need to get Hydrocort injections immediately.
Identifying and avoiding allergic food is the solution in your case.

Thank u doctor he had allergic dust seems like not allergic this time he said 3 about 4 days eat anytihing swolling throte hurt i check look open mouse nothing red and yellow yet

I assume you mentioned that since 3-4 days if you eat anything there is pain in throat. And there is no redness in throat.
This could be due to food impaction. It requires ENT consultation. Kindly get it done ASAP.
